Proceedings of refereed and presented papers will be published as a special volume of Springer's Lecture Notes in Computer Science.

The conference will take place at hotel Samokov in perhaps the best mountain resort of Bulgaria - Borovets. Situated at 1350m above the sea level on the northern slopes of Rila Mountain among age-old pine woods, Borovets is located at the foot of peak Moussala (2925m) - the highest one on the Balkan Peninsula
